4. Stress

Extreme stress can cause sudden hair loss which could last for several months. Minimizing stress through exercise, meditation, yoga and massages will reduce your chances of experiencing hair loss. In fact, you will easily be able to regrow hair if you are already going through the hair loss phase.

5. Too many Hair styling products

Using different hair styling products can cause severe damage to the hair. The toxic chemicals present in these styling products and dyes lead to excessive hair loss. Hence, it is advisable to avoid the hair styling products as much as you can and stick to natural shampoos and dyes.

6. Don't skip conditioner

Many people have the habit of skipping conditioner every time they wash their hair. However, most people don’t know that not using a conditioner makes the hair dehydrated due to which it became fragile and damaged over time. Therefore, avoid skipping conditioner after washing your hair.

7. Avoid Hot Showers

Hot showers tend to aggravate the hair loss and hair problems in general. Hence, avoid hot hair showers entirely. It damages the scalp by shredding the essential oils that protect it. This leads to inflammations and dryness and eventually results in thinning of hair.
