Main purpose of the job:
The primary role of the Cosmetic Executive is to ensure clients receive the service and results promised by consultants or the sales team, while supporting the Cosmetic Manager in various departmental functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary service aligned with AHS standards and brand expectations.
- Assist the Cosmetic Manager in scheduling hair experts, managing workflow, and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage departmental stock levels effectively.
- Maintain designated areas, including hair experts’ rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Address and resolve any client concerns promptly, involving the Cosmetic Manager when necessary.
- Support the Cosmetic Manager in maintaining comprehensive client records, including images and financial details.
- Track regular clients and their studio visits to enhance personalized service.
- Facilitate second sales opportunities (upselling & cross selling) (target centric) as appropriate.
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high service standards, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction within the cosmetic department of Advanced Hair Studio.

Job Description for Sr. Front desk executive:
- Coordinate with Consultant in Studio and book consultation to meet their individual targets & earn incentives.
- Handling inquiries on phone as well as on emails.
- Ensure that all the Brand Standards are followed.
- Manage front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
- Manage front Office task and Guest Relations personnel.
- Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area
- Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of self and colleagues at front Office.
- Prepare efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5+ Experience in Hospitality or service Industry, entertainment, media, corporate
