Job Description for Front desk executive:
- Coordinate with Consultant in Studio and book consultation to meet their individual targets & earn incentives.
- Handling inquiries on phone as well as on emails.
- Ensure that all the Brand Standards are followed.
- Manage front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
- Manage front Office task and Guest Relations personnel.
- Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area
- Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of self and colleagues at front Office.
- Prepare efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff.

Main Purpose of the Job:
The Studio Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of Advanced Hair Studio, overseeing all aspects of studio operations from revenue assurance to client service and overall establishment functions. Key responsibilities include revenue generation, team management, branding, marketing, business development initiatives at the geographic level, and ensuring operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement in client service, team deliverables, sales/marketing, studio appearance upkeep, and financial control.
- Demonstrate and foster a commitment to providing the best possible client experience by maintaining high company standards.
- Resolve client-related issues in accordance with company operating guidelines.
- Maximize revenues and achieve monthly targets through effective management and strategic initiatives.
