1. Business Development Executive

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Increasing footfalls in the studio by planning and executing of all ATL/BTL campaigns held in that particular city and post event/campaign evaluation.
  • Alliance with corporate / Spas / Salons / Gyms / Doctors / Clubs with the company for further revenue generation.
  • Use of effective advertising through print and electronic media (would include media planning, allocating marketing budget for the city).
  • Making cold calls to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Analysis of calls/appointments received at the Front Desk. (maintain the reporting system: daily/weekly/monthly reports with required analysis to be sent to the head quarters).
  • To be a part of designing related activities (brochures/leaflets/advert art-works etc).
  • To help generate maximum amount of calls, queries & consultations via BD events, BD-tie-ups and networking.
  • Strategic planning to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
  • Planning & strategizing with SM, studio team & marketing / advertising team to build brand awareness.


  • Age should be 25-26 and experienced person.
  • Must be Goal & result oriented, driven, self motivated with excellent networking skills.
  • Networking, Public Speaking, Research, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning and Meeting Sales Goals.
Main purpose of the job: Identify the right target audience keeping in mind the positing of the brand and build the brand image. He should be presentable & very articulate with excellent communications skills reflecting the brand.

2. Hair Expert

Position : Hair Expert

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Looking after regular maintenance of the hair replacement.
  • Cutting and fitting the hair replacement.
  • Achieving team target of selling hair systems to the clients.
  • Maintaining rappo with the client.


  • Should know Barbering and Men’s and Women’s hair cutting and colouring.
  • He should have better communication skills (in English).
  • Should be presentable.
  • Honest and hard working.
  • Should be ready to learn new things.
  • Good adaptability.
  • Ambitious.

3. Consultant

Position : Consultant

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the revenue generation of the studio.
  • To be able to personalize all experiences with clients.
  • Diagnose the exact stage & condition of hair loss & recommend the appropriate procedure to client to give them optimum results.
  • Represents the AHS Brand accurately as a premium brand & world’s largest hair restoration company.
  • Counsel and sell ascending & brand image, with subtlety (No hard selling) accuracy, professionalism, sophistication and ethically following all consultation protocols.
  • Maintain all data pertaining to each consultation client & surgery.
  • Work cohesively with client relations executive to close deals and provide constant need customer service to clients.
  • Work with Studio Manager to close deals and strategic to drive sales of studio.
  • Offer support to all department where needed.
  • Always adhere to all AHS protocols.
  • Provide clients A-Z information on AHS & hair conditions.
