Job Description for Sr. Front desk executive:

  • Coordinate with Consultant in Studio and book consultation to meet their individual targets & earn incentives.
  • Handling inquiries on phone as well as on emails.
  • Ensure that all the Brand Standards are followed.
  • Manage front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
  • Manage front Office task and Guest Relations personnel.
  • Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area
  • Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of self and colleagues at front Office.
  • Prepare efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ Experience in Hospitality or service Industry, entertainment, media, corporate
  • Good & Pleasing Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Regional language (Specific to the work location).
  • Excellent telephone courtesy & client handling skill.
  • Routine operations management knowledge.
  • Should be highly motivated & result oriented.
  • Should be comfortable with target-based role
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Good looking

2. Trichologist

Position : Trichologist
Gender : Male/ Female

Responsible to : Studio Manager
Matrix Reporting to : Head of Department (HOD)

Main purpose of the job:

The Trichologist plays a pivotal role in clinical procedures at AHS, specializing in hair and scalp health. They conduct reviews for clients undergoing Advanced Laser Therapy (ALT) and evaluate outcomes. Additionally, they counsel clients on hair-related issues and provide reviews for clients using Strand by Strand - The Ultimate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must be a medical practitioner with BHMS, BAMS, or BDS qualification and extensive experience in trichology.
  • Conduct client reviews and maintain comprehensive medical histories, result images, and reviews in the software system.
  • Explain procedures such as Strand by Strand - The Ultimate to clients based on their needs or interests.
  • Meet with ALT clients as necessary to address questions and concerns.
  • Handle client objections related to clinical procedures.
  • Recommend supplements, vitamins, diet plans, and lifestyle changes if deemed necessary.
  • Support ALT and Strand by Strand - The Ultimate departments in preparing for second sales.
  • Assist consultants with technical queries during client consultations.
  • Act as a consultant to contribute to revenue generation (Target based) at the center.
  • Provide support to the ALT and Strand by Strand - The Ultimate teams to ensure smooth studio operations.
  • Coordinate meetings with the ALT team, Front Desk, and Studio Manager as needed.
  • Collaborate with department teams to facilitate upselling opportunities (second sales).
  • Recommend and suggest other AHS products and procedures when appropriate.

This position requires a skilled medical professional with expertise in trichology to enhance client satisfaction, support revenue growth, and maintain high standards of clinical care at Advanced Hair Studio.


3. Sr. Sales Consultant

Position : Sr. Sales Consultant
Gender : Male

Experience : 7+

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will develop relationships with individuals seeking hair loss treatment consultations, offering tailored solutions based on factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hair assessments to determine the stage of hair loss.
  • Educate clients on the fundamentals of hair loss and provide personalized counseling based on their needs.
  • Understand client expectations, present suitable procedures and products, and articulate achievable outcomes through visual aids.
  • Establish daily consultation and conversion targets, analyzing performance regularly.
  • Meet monthly conversion goals, contributing to revenue growth at the studio.
  • Have a mindset of an entrepreneur & work as a business partner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree is mandatory.
  • Preferred age: 32 years and above.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales consulting and business intelligence.
  • Sales driven approach to achieve min monthly revenue target.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Consultative 1-1 selling approach.
  • Have experience in catering HNI clients face to face.
