Job Description for Sr. Front Desk Executive:

  • Handling inquiries on phone as well as on emails
  • Ensure that the Studio Standards are followed.
  • Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area.
  • Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of self and colleagues at front Office.
  • Coordinate with contact Center & pan India head FD head according to protocol.
  • Coordinate with Studio Manager, Consultant to assign consultation scheduling
  • Prepare all weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensure all monetary transaction are conducted & consulted according as per protocol
  • Coordinate with accounts department on all monetary transactions, quotations, receipts
  • Maintains walking relationships, communication with all departments and coordinates accordingly
  • Resolves guest problems as per international standard, quality effectively and courteously
  • Maintains all patient data in software as per protocol
  • Ensuring targets for FD are met.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Preferred age: 22-28 years.
  • 5+ Experience in Hospitality or service Industry, entertainment, media, corporate.
  • Good & Pleasing Communication Skills in English, Hindi and vernacular is preferred.
  • Excellent telephone courtesy & client handling skill.
  • Routine operations management knowledge.

2. Contact Center Executive

The studio Manager’s position is key to success at Advanced Hair Studio. The deployed person is responsible for the smooth functioning of all the aspects of the studio: starting from revenue assurance to client service and all other A to Z functions related to the establishment.

The KRAs for this position are Revenue Generation, Team Management, Branding Marketing, and BD Initiatives at the geography level and overall Operations of the studio.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Age should be 35 and above and an experienced person
  • To assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas (client service, team deliverables, sales/marketing, upkeep of the studio appearance, and profit/financial control)
  • To demonstrate and promote a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients by maintaining high standards set by the company.
  • Ensure that client-related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company’s operating guidelines.
  • Responsible for maximizing revenues and achieving month-on-month targets.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to manage all sales activities of the studio and meet revenue objectives.
  • To recruit qualified applicants, train and develop the team members in Technical, administrative and Managerial abilities
  • Must motivate and mentor and give direction to the entire team.
  • Conduct regular trainings

5. Procedure Manager

Procedure Manager is to ensure that the clients get the service and results promised to them by the consultants / sales team for Advanced Laser Therapy, Strand by Strand-The ultimate and Strand by Strand-Cosmetic. Coordination with all the departments & end to end involvement in the procedure delivery as per company protocol, support to the sales teams in closing the sales when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inter department coordination & support for all the Procedures /concepts as delivered by the brand
  • To deliver Exemplary service befitting the brand & to AHS standards
  • Investigating and solving clients concerns, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by the team member
  • Keep the dissonance low and involve the ASM / SM if required
  • Ensuring Maintenance of complete records of all the clients in all the department
  • Maintain and updating daily / weekly & monthly reports
  • Keep track of the regular clients and their visits to the studio
  • Co – ordinate with HO for the smooth daily operation
  • Plan & strategise with respective departments to meet the monthly targets
  • Promote 2nd sale (up selling)
  • Keeping track of surgery dates assigned to the studio & ensuring no of follicles and average rate targets are met by the studio team.
  • Closely work with the Trichologist (Medical Practitioners) for achieving the 02nd sale targets, for the reviews and other department operations

  • Ensuring updating on CRM on daily bases for daily/weekly/monthly report
