We are seeking a dynamic,
professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the face of our
studio. This individual will be responsible not only for managing day-to-day
front desk operations and guest relations but also for supporting business
development and local marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a
key liaison between clients and Advisors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
and contributing to the studio’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management &
Front Desk Operations
- Manage front desk operations with
efficiency and professionalism, ensuring all visitors receive a warm and
personalized experience.
- Coordinate with Advisors to schedule
consultations and help them meet individual sales targets and earn
incentives.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email,
and walk-ins, providing accurate information on services, pricing, and
appointment availability.
- Uphold and enforce all Brand
Standards at the front desk and across the studio.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and
professional front office area at all times.
- Supervise front office staff (if
applicable), including assigning shifts and monitoring performance.
Business Development &
Marketing Support
- Actively support lead generation,
nurturing, and conversion by following up with inquiries and walk-ins.
- Collaborate with the sales team and
Studio Manager to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Participate in local marketing
activities, such as organizing in-clinic events, referral campaigns, and
community outreach programs.
- Maintain a database of leads,
prospects, and regular clients for ongoing business engagement.
- Collect and analyze client feedback
to support service improvements and retention strategies.
Reporting & Operational
Oversight
- Compile and report on daily/weekly
front desk performance metrics, including footfall, lead conversion, and
client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of conduct,
dress, hygiene, and appearance for both yourself and team members at the
front desk.
- Create efficient shift schedules and
manage day-to-day workflow to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure the front desk area complies
with hygiene, safety, and operational protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in lead
generation, pre-sales, or front-line sales, with a focus on achieving
targets.
- Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and one regional language (as per location).
- Strong interpersonal skills,
telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle high-pressure customer
interactions with ease.
- Prior experience in operations or
front office management is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, well-organized, and
results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Presentable, confident, and
professionally groomed, with a welcoming demeanor.
- Willingness to contribute to business
growth through active involvement in sales and marketing initiatives.
Additional Skills
(Preferred):
- Experience with CRM software and
appointment scheduling tools.
- Understanding of studio/clinic
operations in the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry.
- Social media or digital outreach
experience (bonus for marketing support).

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Head
to lead our sales operations in the rapidly growing Aesthetic/ Hair/Hair
Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales
growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative
sales strategies for Aesthetic/ Hair products or services. As a strategic
leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, executing sales plans,
initiate BD & Marketing activities and meeting revenue goals while
maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration within the Aesthetic/ Hair industry. This includes understanding market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and capitalizing on emerging markets. - Team
Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide regular performance evaluations, coaching, and training to enhance team performance and professional growth. - Revenue
Growth & Target Achievement:
Drive sales revenue through both new client acquisition and the retention of existing clients. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds objectives on a consistent basis. - Client
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness. - Market
Research & Analysis:

Design and implement ongoing sales training programs to ensure the team is well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. - Performance
Management:
Ensure that performance evaluation is done in regular intervals (weekly, monthly & quarterly) & provide the improvement strategy to elevate the performance of each individual.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. - Experience:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the Aesthetic/ Hair, beauty, or healthcare industry. Proven success in driving revenue and leading high-performing sales teams. - Industry
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Aesthetic/ Hair industry, including products (e.g., skincare, cosmetic treatments, medical devices) and market dynamics. - Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Sales
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to engage with C-suite executives, doctors, clinicians, and high-net-worth individuals. - Results-Oriented:
