Job Description for Sr. Front Desk Executive:

  • Handling inquiries on phone as well as on emails
  • Ensure that the Studio Standards are followed.
  • Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area.
  • Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of self and colleagues at front Office.
  • Coordinate with contact Center & pan India head FD head according to protocol.
  • Coordinate with Studio Manager, Consultant to assign consultation scheduling
  • Prepare all weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensure all monetary transaction are conducted & consulted according as per protocol
  • Coordinate with accounts department on all monetary transactions, quotations, receipts
  • Maintains walking relationships, communication with all departments and coordinates accordingly
  • Resolves guest problems as per international standard, quality effectively and courteously
  • Maintains all patient data in software as per protocol
  • Ensuring targets for FD are met.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Preferred age: 22-28 years.
  • 5+ Experience in Hospitality or service Industry, entertainment, media, corporate.
  • Good & Pleasing Communication Skills in English, Hindi and vernacular is preferred.
  • Excellent telephone courtesy & client handling skill.
  • Routine operations management knowledge.
  • Should be highly motivated & result oriented.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Good looking.
  • Presentable.
  • Candidate with hospitality industry with proper dedication towards Front Office would be preferred along with the given criteria in the job description.

2. Sr Sales Consultant

The ideal candidate will develop relationships with people who come for consultation and offer the right solution in the form of hair loss treatment based on a person’s face, age, profession, personality and expectations.

Position : Sr Sales Consultant
Gender : Male / Female

Experience : 7+


  • Provide thorough hair check to diagnose the hair loss stage
  • Educate the client on hair loss fundamentals and provide need base counseling
  • Understand the expectations, pitch for the right procedure & products and relate them with achievable end result by making a client visualize the recommendation
  • Set consultation and conversion targets with analysis on a daily basis
  • Manage front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
  • Achieve the desired conversion ratio and contribute to revenue generation at the studio on a monthly basis

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Preferred age: 29 years and above
  • 7+ years’ of sales consulting and business intelligence experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Customer service approach

3. Trichologist

Position : Trichologist

Matrix Reporting to : RM


Trichologist play a major role in the clinical procedures performed at AHS. Trichologist take reviews of Advanced Laser Therapy clients and evaluate the results of clients. Counsel and advice clients on any hair and scalp related issues & also conduct reviews of Strand by Strand - Ultimate clients.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Age should be 27+ and experienced person in BHMS.
  • Taking client reviews
  • Maintain client medical history, result images, reviews and load on software
  • To explain other procedures like SBS Ultimate if client has the need or interest.
  • Meeting ALT clients as and when required to answer questions, concerns etc.
  • Client handling/objection handling with regard to the clinical procedures.
  • Recommend client some extra supplements, vitamins, diet and lifestyle charts only if absolutely necessary.
  • Assist ALT department in setting stage for 2nd sale
  • Help consultant in consultation if any technical queries to be answered.
  • Act as a support system to the ALT & SBS - U Team as well as helping the smooth functioning of the studio
  • Coordinate meetings with ALT Team, FD and Studio Manager whenever necessary.
  • Work closely with the ALT team for up selling (2nd sale).
  • Recommended / suggest the other AHS products and procedures when necessary
