Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough hair check to diagnose the hair loss stage
- Educate the client on hair loss fundamentals and provide need base counseling
- Understand the expectations, pitch for the right procedure & products and relate them with achievable end result by making a client visualize the recommendation
- Set consultation and conversion targets with analysis on a daily basis
- Manage front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
- Achieve the desired conversion ratio and contribute to revenue generation at the studio on a monthly basis
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Preferred age: 29 years and above
- 7+ years’ of sales consulting and business intelligence experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Customer service approach
