1. Strand by Strand - Cosmetic Manager

Job Description for the position of a Strand by Strand - Cosmetic Manager:

  • The main aspect of the cosmetic manager is to ensure that the clients get the service and results promised to them by the consultants / sales team.
  • Will be reporting to RM
  • Exemplary service delivery befitting the brand & to AHS standards
  • Age should be 33+ and experienced person
  • Help during the consultations with technical details if required
  • Create the hair expert’s schedules, manage work flow and enforce department policy and procedures
  • Investigating and solving clients concerns, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by the team member

2. Graphic Designer

Job Description for the position of a Strand by Strand - Graphic Designer:

  • Advanced Hair Studio India seeks a creative Graphic Designer with experience in both print and electronic media. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work and have basic idea of wellness and healthcare industries.
  • Will be reporting to National Head Marketing & Business Development
  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current workload
  • Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
  • Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design
  • Coordinate with members of marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect company’s corporate cultures and goals

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline
  • Must have minimum 3 years of experience

Job Description for the position of a Marketing Coordinator:

  • Will be reporting to National Marketing Head
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and oversee the production and delivery of all marketing materials
  • Supporting the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating content
  • Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects

5. Studio Manager

Job Description for the position of a Studio Manager:

  • The studio Manager’s position is the key to the success of Advanced Hair Studio. SM is responsible for the smooth running of all the aspects of the studio establishing procedures and solving problems quickly and efficiently. SM is the glue that holds the team together by motivation and leading by example.
  • Will be reporting to RM / GM / COO
  • Age should be 38+ and experienced person
  • To assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas (client service, team deliverables, sales/marketing, upkeep of the studio appearance, and profit / financial control)
  • To demonstrate and promote a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients by maintaining high standards set by the company.
  • Ensure that client related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company’s operating guidelines.
  • Responsible for maximizing revenues and achieving month on month targets.
  • Work closely with Business Development team to manage all sales activities of the studio and meet revenue objectives
  • To recruit qualified applicants, train and develop the team members in Technical, administrative and Managerial abilities
  • Must motivate and mentor and give direction to the entire team
  • Conduct regular trainings
  • Communicate all policies and procedures to the entire team

  • They are responsible for achieving the departmental target
  • Providing help and advice to clients using AHS products or services
  • Job title will be Manager ALT / Asst. Manager ALT
  • Will be reporting to SM / ASM

  • Following client service procedures, policies and standards of AHS
  • Ensure Client Service follow-up methods and procedures are followed and keeping client dissonance low

  • Keeping the outstanding balance at a low minimum by ensuring timely collection of outstanding from the clients

7. General Manager – Accounts and Finance

Job Description for the position of a General Manager – Accounts and Finance:

  • Will be reporting to CFO
  • Will handle accounts and finance department
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • Expert understanding of finance and accounting
  • Independently handling accounts, finance, taxation , inventories and all legal matters of the company
  • Independently heading the team to ensure compliances of all statutory and taxation obligations on timely basis

8. Sr. Manager – Clinical

Job Description for the position of a General Manager – Sr. Manager – Clinical:

  • Will be reporting to ASM / SM
  • Required qualification will be Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Responsible for the performance of the clinical departments of all studios across India for their monthly, quarterly and annual target
  • Standardization of all systems, processes and protocols Pan-India and ensuring full compliance.
  • Planning and managing clinical procedure calendar for Pan-India.
  • Coordination with HO and respective studios to ensure that the procedures are executed smoothly across all studios.
  • Coordination with Surgeons, their teams and HR for procedure dates, ticketing and accommodation across all studios.
  • Maintaining a quarterly and yearly calendar date for procedures across all studios.
  • Plan and strategize with all studios to ensure they meet their monthly and quarterly targets of number of follicles and average follicle rate.
  • Create, maintain and monitor reports to gauge performance, client reviews, client retention and up selling or cross selling.
  • Coordinate with concerned surgeon to ensure client is fit to take procedure at least 1 week prior to the procedure.
  • Ensure compliance in terms of updating of CRM in a timely fashion Pan-India
  • Ensuring international hygiene standards are adhered to and maintained at all times.
  • Responsible to ensure international safety standards are adhered to at all times across all studios.
  • Ensuring inventory guidelines are strictly adhered to pre & post procedure across all the studios.
  • Ensure compliance of pre-procedure and post-procedure guidelines
  • Updation of images of clients results during each review for every client to be shared PAN-India
  • Responsible to ensure grooming standard compliance of every team member across all studios.
  • Regular Skype meeting with department heads, consultants, CR regarding the department targets, training and escalations.

9. Client Relation Manager/Executive

Job Description for the position of a General Manager – Client Relation Manager/Executive:

  • CR is the secondary resource of the studio with the responsibility to spearhead the studio’s revenue along with the consultant. Being the person who is in constant touch with the clients for follow ups, he/she must ensure that the client comes onboard with the right expectations & that his experience is distinctive
  • Will be reporting to ASM / SM
  • Required qualification will be Graduate / Post Graduate
  • The role of the Client Relations Manager is to be the primary owner of a portfolio of customers, driving practices to create more value for our business. Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Initiate sales strategies and coordinate actions to influence clients. Liaising and networking with clients, both internal and external; including customers, colleagues, and partner organizations, tie-ups
  • Increase footfalls at the studio via means of effective use of networking, follow-ups and closing deals. Communicate frequently with clients on updates, information, concerns
  • Analyze type of calls/appointments received at the Front Desk, taking into account the sources of these queries
  • Maintain and strengthen relations with current clients by conducting follow-up calls post-consultation
  • Build on solid client relations and create opportunities for up-sale and cross-sale
  • Co-ordinate between internal customers (employee work force) to get inter-departmental work-flow standardized and running smoothly
  • Support in the upkeep of the studio premises, creating an ambience of quality for all client visits
  • Maintaining a close relationships with the consultants for clients with the purpose of achieving sales targets, retaining clients

10. Business Development Manager

Job Description for the position of a General Manager – Business Development Manager:

  • Identify the target locations/stores/counters keeping in mind the positioning of the brand and create the brand presence
  • He/She should be presentable & very articulate with excellent communications skills reflecting the brand
  • Will be reporting to BD Head / Regional Mktg. Manager
  • Increasing footfalls in the studio by planning and executing of all ATL/BTL campaigns held in that particular city and post event/campaign evaluation
  • Tie-up with corporate / Spas / Salons / Gyms / Doctors / Clubs for lead generation
  • Keeping track of the efforts of the BDE and the BD Agent Tieups for sales funneling of the products bucket to fulfill bucket revenue projections
  • Planning & execution of advertising & promotional activities (would include media planning, allocating marketing budget for the city)
  • Creating Self Leads to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities for all above buckets discussed
  • Analysis of calls/appointments received at the Front Desk. (maintain the reporting system via the CRM : daily/weekly/monthly with required analysis of the reports)
  • To help generate leads via BD events, BD Agent Prospects & Tieups
  • Must be Goal & result oriented, driven, self motivated with excellent networking skills
  • This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors
  • Planning & strategizing with SM, studio team & marketing / advertising team to build brand awareness
  • Planning & strategizing with BD head and regional manager to achieve target for products & procedures
  • Networking, Public Speaking, Research, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning and Meeting Sales Goals
  • Age should be 26-30 years

Job Description for the position of a General Manager – Sales Consultant:

  • Spearhead the studio’s revenue. He is the primary resource of the studio who has the responsibility to shoulder the revenue target riding on him to achieve the studio numbers. Being the first person the client meets for his consultation, he must ensure that the clients experience will have to be a distinctive stand-out experience.
  • Will be reporting to SM / RM
  • Take consultations
  • He should always keep in mind that client relationship should remain at a professional level.
  • He should look for ways to adjust his work style to accommodate the schedule of the day and the overall requirements of the studio. This is particularly true when faced with pressure to maintain high number of consultations within finite time.
  • Client expects the consultant to be an expert in his field. Hence, as a consultant, his level of knowledge should be extensive and he should always be updated about the latest in the industry by reading journals, magazines, informative websites and through networking with fellow consultants.
  • During the consulting process, consultants will meet different people with unique characteristics. Some will be verbose, others reticent. Having excellent listening skills will encourage all to talk freely. This leads to more information sharing which, in the end, can make the consulting process more streamlined.
  • Should be a team player
  • Develop strategies along with his counterpart in client relations to achieve the target

13. Front Desk Executive

Job Description for the position of a General Manager – Front Desk Executive:

  • Coordinate with Consultant in Studio and book consultation
  • Will be reporting to Front Desk Manager / ASM / SM
  • Handling inquiries on phone as well as on emails
  • Ensure that all the Brand Standards are followed
  • Manage front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
  • Manage front Office task and Guest Relations personnel
  • Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area
  • Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of self and colleagues at front Office
